Project Manager

1. Lead project team and responsible and accountable for overall success of project.
2. Build a strong project team and organization.
3. Controlling the scope of project.
4. Ensure the project cycle conforms to software development project standard.
5. Provide client presentations regarding strategy, methodologies, and project management processes.
6. Gathering information, analyzing business process, and design specification.
7. Working with client's Project Manager to align our team with client's team.
8. Update management on the progress of the implementation project on periodical basis.
9. Ensure ALL project documentations conform to standard.
10. Sensing the client needs as the opportunity for the next project.

General requirements

1. 6 years working experience.
2. At least 4 years exeperience as Project Manager, in minimum 6 projects.
3. Experience in SAP or ORACLE.
4. Minimum size of projects: Rp 500 million and 4 people.
5. At least 2 projects with minimum size of 8 people.
6. S1 degree from related background and reputable university.
7. Good attitude, commit to work and team player.
8. High motivation and spirit to learn new things.
9. Adaptive to new environment.
