We provide the hardware, customized software and expertise to implement, maintain and grow the client´s payment network. Today,

Field Support Coordinator & EDC Profiling (IM-FSC)

Qualifications:

• Male, maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum S1 degree with 2 (two) years working experience in profiling EDC (i.e. Hypercom, Verifone, Ingenico)
• Able to operate Microsoft Office well
• A team player, able to act as a coordinator team, as a liasion with external parties (i.e. business partner, merchants, vendors) and internal parties (operational department, and merchant acquisition department).
• Good communication skills, customer services oriented
• Possess good command in English
• A Hard-worker, meticulous, honest, responsible and able to work under pressure
