A company in capital market industry, urgently needs some candidates to fill position as:

Legal Officer

Job Role: Reponsibilitie s in drafting and reviewing any agreements, legal opinion, and proper legal documentation.

Qualification

1. Bachelors (S1) degree from reputable universities in Law;
2. Min. GPA: 3.00 (scale : 4.00);
3. Age max. 28 years old;
4. Min 1 year experience of working in legal area;
5. Good understanding in corporate and business law;
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and in writing;
7. Fluency in written and spoken English;
8. Familiar with Capital Market activities is an advantage.
