Our client, a national-wide IT software house known with (mainly) distribution and insurance business solutions, based in Jakarta, is now seeking suitable candidates for the following positions:
Architect Developer ( 1 person) and Pre Sales ( 1 person) respectively
Selected candidates should meet the following requirements:

- Responsible for resolving solution architecture issues to the satisfaction of all stakeholders and help resolving complex cross domain solution issues.
- Identify solution options and assess them from both technical and business suitability.
- Work collaboratively with solution developers and end users to ensure technical solution meeting customer requirements and leads to user satisfaction.
- Lead a sub-team of designers in support of implementation.
- Set technical standards for development of the applications solution.
- Present architectural overview and in-depth presentations to clients as part of gaining their acceptance.
- Identify and escalate solution risks and issues in timely manner.
Selected candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Must poss 3 or more years of experience in application architecture and integration design.
- Knowledge of best practices of quality management and project management concepts.
- Leadership skills.
- Candidates need to be flexible enough to perform low-level development, troubleshooting responsibilities, as well as perform high-level architectural review, design and producing development framework.
- Ability to prepare specifications and reports and explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Ability to perform complex analysis, consultancy, provide recommendations to internal clients and make sound decisions.
